Happy Face, Sad Face

A sequel to the previous post, again my little Miss Blue Eyes. Watch and see the transformation that so goes when a toddler finds out that we don't always get what we want in this world. It was too adorable, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make you all smile!

Baby's Got Her Blue Eyes On

I had the privilege of taking little Miss Peyton's pictures this afternoon at the park, and we had a blast! This sweet baby girl is Mrs. Social Butterfly. She takes the hand of anyone and pulls them off to play. Every time she saw another little person her age, she waved and said "Bye!". When I got in the car to greet her on the way to the shoot, I asked her: "How are you doing Miss Peyton?" to which she replied, "Not bad". She's only 20 months old! This little woman captivated my heart. There will be at least two more blogs on little Miss Blue Eyes within the week, so be sure to check back!

Love in It's Purest

This couple is an example of love in it's purest. They have been married for many years. They went through hard times. The depression, the death of a son, the burning down of a beloved cabin that they built with their own hands and many more things I don't even know about.

She is the icon of grace. God smiles when she wakes up. A woman of God, and a perfect example of a true Christian. He is gentle. He has the best laugh in the world; it's like Santa Claus. Old in his age, but still tough as nails; still sharp with a pistol. A man faithful to his wife, and more loving than anyone could ask for. Watching him sleep makes me smile.

These people make you feel warm and loved, family or not. If you haven't met them, you've missed out. These people are my grandparents.

Little Encounters

Over the Christmas holiday, I stumbled upon some great photo opportunities and decided to seize the moment. An old friend brought his son Nick to my husband's college graduation party a few weeks ago, and the kid has eyes that won't quit. How can you possibly say no to the guy? He was looking up at the sky watching a passing airplane (which he happens to be fascinated with) and it was one of those lucky moments for me to freeze it in time forever.








And then we have Sophia.....sweet baby girl Sophia. She never lets me down when I'm looking for a good poser. This baby girl knows exactly what she wants, and without being a terror, she lets you know;world~I'M HERE!!!~ and when I grow up, I'm going to be a Coach fanatic just like my mommy! I look forward to watching her grow. She looks more and more like her beautiful mom every day!
